The applicable lawful basis depends on the purpose; Finmaco does not treat consent as the sole basis for all processing. The final notice must identify the controller, contact details, data categories, purposes, lawful bases, processors, international-transfer arrangements, retention schedules, rights, complaints route and any relevant automated processing.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive your personal data, subject to applicable law. This notice must be completed from the approved privacy inventory before production activation.
